The pneumatic ventilation butterfly valve is a type of angle-travel pneumatic regulating valve specifically designed for gas, smoke, ducts, and air ducts. It consists of an air actuator, valve body, butterfly plate, valve stem, and control accessories. It is suitable for low-pressure large-diameter ventilation, smoke exhaust, dust removal, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide removal from smoke gas, and hot air circulation pipelines. The valve is driven by compressed air to rotate the butterfly plate from 0° to 90°, enabling the opening, closing, and adjustment of the air flow in the duct. The overall structure is lightweight, with low resistance, large diameter, and flexible opening and closing. The sealing is achieved through soft seals or wear-resistant metal seals. It can be remotely pneumatically operated and proportionally regulated, and is widely used in power plants, metallurgy, chemical industry, dust removal and environmental protection, HVAC ventilation, and other industries.
