The pneumatic ball valve is composed of a pneumatic angular travel actuator and a floating fixed ball valve body. It is driven by compressed air to rotate the ball 90° for opening and closing. The valve channel is directly connected to the full diameter, with extremely low resistance and strong flow capacity. It has excellent sealing performance and operates quickly and tightly. It is divided into on-off type and regulating type, and can be equipped with a positioner to achieve 4-20mA flow proportional regulation. The product has a simple structure, reliable sealing, explosion-proof safety, and convenient maintenance. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, natural gas, water treatment, power, gas pipelines and other flammable and explosive as well as automated control working conditions.
