The pneumatic insulated flanged ball valve adopts a flanged short structure valve body with an insulation jacket layer, combined with an air-driven angular stroke actuator to drive the O-shaped ball to open and close 90°. The valve is equipped with an insulation and cold protection layer, which can be insulated and heated by steam or heat transfer oil to prevent the medium from solidifying, crystallizing, or increasing in viscosity. It has full-diameter flow, tight and reliable sealing, compact size, convenient installation, good explosion-proof and automation performance, and is widely used in pipeline automatic control shut-off conditions for petroleum, chemical, asphalt, resin, wax, and viscous and easily solidifying media.
