The pneumatic fixed ball valve is a specialized automatic shut-off valve for medium-sized diameters and high-pressure conditions. The valve ball adopts a fixed support structure with upper and lower valve stems. It is driven to open or close by a 90° rotary action of the pneumatic actuator. The ball does not float or shift with the pressure of the medium, featuring strong pressure-bearing capacity, smooth operation, stable torque, excellent sealing performance, and is widely used in remote automatic control and emergency shut-off of high-pressure large-diameter pipelines in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, natural gas, and power.
